Photo: Lilwin Dedicates His 'UN Excellence Award' To Dr. Opuni Amid Lawsuit
Kumawood actor and CEO of Weezy Empire Kwadwo Nkansah popularly known as Lilwin has dedicated his latest UN Institution Honorary Award to sacked and former CEO of COCOBOD, Dr. Stephen Opuni amidst his lawsuit against him.
Dr. Opuni sued the actor who also doubles as a news anchor on Adom TV for making defamatory comments against him on his "Don't Think Far News" program.
Also mentioned in the lawsuit are Multimedia Group Limited owners of Adom Tv, Daniel Nii Odi Tutuwani the producer of the program.
Lilwin who was honored on 28th April by the UN Institution in Collaboration with the African Canadian Development Cooperation with an 'Excellence Sustainable Development Achievement Award', dedicates his award to the embattled Cocoa Board Chairman who also has a case against him in court.
Dr. Stephen Opuni was one of the first high public service officers the NPP sacked with immediate effect when they assumed power in January 2017, for mismanagement and misappropriation of government resources.
